Terms

Each piece is made to order. Lead times vary by piece and are listed on the product page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Smaller objects ship via insured international courier. Furniture and sound pieces ship by freight on a quote-by-quote basis. Buyer is responsible for import duties.

If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has started. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking and email opqstudio.com@gmail.com within 7 days.

We stand behind our work. Material defects, structural failure, and finish problems caused by our process are repaired or replaced at no cost for one year from delivery.

Wear from use, environmental damage, and modification by third parties are not covered.

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, contact details, and payment confirmation from our processor. We never sell or share this data.

All photography, designs, and product names on this site are the property of OPQ. Don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.
